NVIDIA's 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. The meeting will be held virtually, and shareholders can participate online or by phone.
The meeting agenda will include the following items:
- Election of directors
- Ratification of the auditors
- Consideration of proposals from shareholders
- Transaction of any other business that may properly come before the meeting
